North Dakota School Requirements for Children's Vision
- North Dakota provides for (but does not require) a vision screening
- Frequency: School-age children
No vision screening requirement.
North Dakota's public health system is made up of 28 single and multi-county local public health units. Services provided statewide for school-age children include vision screening. Additionally, public health nurses have served as a resource for schools.
