Wyoming School Requirements for Children's Vision
- Wyoming requires a vision screening
- Frequency: Unconfirmed
Requires the district to provide an organized program that identifies potential and existing health problems through routine vision screenings performed by qualified personnel. Wyoming Rule 4362, Chapter VI (2001)
Requires the district to ensure all relevant routine screening procedures, especially vision, have been completed on a regular basis and results are current for the school year. Wyoming Rules and Regulations Education General Ch. 6 §14
Requires all districts provide an organized program provided by qualified personnel to identify potential and existing health problems through routine health screening including vision screening for acuity and color blindness.
